Nikki Heyman

Nikki Heyman is a Senior UX Specialist at Centralis. With nearly ten years’ experience as a healthcare provider, she is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. At Centralis, Nikki supports clients in creating experiences that are both enjoyable and effective. She has gathered powerful user insights for many clients, including religious denominations, financial services providers, healthcare organizations, and more.

Prior to joining Centralis, Nikki worked as a nurse and completed her UX and UI training at Designation. She gained a real-world understanding of the design process, developed a knack for user research, and learned how to create digital wireframes and prototypes.

Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University.
