Houman Savoji

Houman Savoji has extensive experience in academia and research. Houman currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Université de Montréal, a Principal Investigator at CHU Sainte-Justine Research Centre, and holds the position of Research Chair in 3D Bioprinting and Regenerative Medicine at Institut TransMedTech de Montréal. In addition, they are a Senior Board Member at the Canadian Biomaterials Society. Previously, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Toronto and University Health Network. Before that, they completed their Ph.D. at Université de Montréal and worked as a Biomaterials Researcher-Research Assistant at CRCHUM. Houman's early research experience includes roles as a Research Associate at the Industrial Membrane Research Institute of the University of Ottawa and a Research Assistant at the Chemical Engineering Department of Sharif University of Technology.
