Gilles Verniers

Gilles Verniers is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research and a Karl Loewenstein Fellow and Visiting Assistant Professor at Amherst College. Previously, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Ashoka University and completed a PhD in Political Sciences at Sciences Po. They have extensive experience in academic cooperation, recruitment, and brand building for educational programs in India. Their research focuses on the institutionalization of political parties in Uttar Pradesh.
