Emilie Parylak

Emilie Parylak has an extensive work experience in various roles related to product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Emilie started their career at Riverpoint Lace Works Inc as a Dyehouse Laboratory Manager, where they were responsible for dye and chemical formulation, color matching, and testing of fabrics. Emilie then moved on to Klauber Brothers Inc, where they worked as a Testing & Quality Assurance Manager and later as an Overseas Production & Logistics / Quality Assurance Manager. In these roles, they managed quality control for domestic and overseas production, analyzed test reports, and implemented internal testing protocols. Emilie also worked at Kenneth Cole Productions as a Fabrics Manager and at Ralph Lauren as a Senior Manager for Regulatory Compliance, Q.A. & Testing in the Home Division. Most recently, they have held positions at Juicy Couture and bebe stores as Director of Global Regulatory Compliance, Product Safety & Chemical Testing. Currently, Emilie is serving as the Corporate Director of Global Product Safety & Chemical Compliance at Centric Brands. Additionally, they have also founded their own business called Siren Masquerades, where they create custom masquerade masks, headdresses, and fascinators.

Emilie Parylak holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organic Chemistry from New York University, which they completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Chemistry from the University of Rhode Island in the years 2001 to 2005. Emilie completed their secondary education at New Milford High School, earning a diploma between 1995 and 1999.
