Gianncarlo Gómez Morales is currently the Deputy Manager of Information Security and Cybersecurity Governance at Banco Pichincha Perú. Gianncarlo also serves as an Adjunct Professor for Cyber Policy Development at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies in Washington DC.
