Oswaldo A. Grenardo

SVP & Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Centura Health Corporation

Oswaldo A. Grenardo, MD, MBA, MSHA, joined Centura Health in November 2020 as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Dr. Grenardo is rooted in his personal mission to serve and provide hope to others while celebrating diversity and improving health equity. He is responsible for advancing Centura’s work in social justice, diversity and inclusion, racism, poverty, violence, discriminatory practices, and their consequences.

For the past decade, Dr. Grenardo has been a family medicine physician at Centura Health’s Cornerstar Primary Care in Aurora and is a member of the clinical staff at Parker Adventist Hospital. Dr. Grenardo also provides medical director and physician support in southeast Colorado La Junta and Rocky Ford. He completed an administrative fellowship at Centura Health in the late 1990’s and is one of the founding members of both Centura’s Board Study Group and Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Dr. Grenardo serves as a board member at the Center for African American Health in Denver and as board chair for the Colorado Centennial Fund. He received his bachelor of arts from Stanford University, a master of business administration and master of science in health administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a doctor of medicine from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.
