Venora Rayside possesses extensive retail experience, currently serving as Store Team Lead at Party City since August 2021. Previously, Venora has held various leadership roles, including Store Manager at Century 21 Department Stores and ANN INC., where significant achievements included coaching teams to meet sales goals and consistently ranking first in district performance metrics. Venora's career also includes a role as Senior Assistant Store Manager at Ann Taylor Loft in Times Square, where recruitment and training efforts contributed to a successful store opening. Early experience at Macy's involved increasing sales in the Men's furnishing department and significantly reducing shortages in the seasonal department. Venora holds an educational background from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
