Joseph Peront

Joseph Peront has over a decade of work experience in various roles. Joseph started their career at Club!Z Tutoring as Senior Accountant/Technology Manager in June 2010 and worked there until December 2011. Joseph then joined Pater Real Estate Management in March 2011 as Operations/Technology Manager, where they researched, planned, and implemented cloud services software to integrate customer requirements, leading to a significant business growth. Joseph worked at Pater Real Estate Management until November 2013. Joseph then joined INSINC Investment Solutions as a COE/Partner from December 2013 to December 2014. After that, Joseph became an Agent at Coco, Early & Associates in 2014 and worked there until November 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Century 21 North East, starting in November 2018.

Joseph Peront has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Mount Washington College. Joseph also holds several certifications, including a Real Estate Salesperson certification from the State of New Hampshire Division of Economic Development, and various certifications from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, such as LeadingRE Relocation Specialist, LeadingRE Sales Expert (LSE), and LeadingRE Sales Specialist (LSS). Additionally, Joseph is a Luxury Home Specialist certified by Luxury Portfolio, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Joseph is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor certified by Intuit Accountants.
