Rachel Shaye

Rachel Shaye is the Product Innovation Director for Assays at Cepheid, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel accumulated significant experience at BD from June 2013 to October 2023, serving in various capacities including Associate Director of Lab Automation Global Marketing, Associate Marketing Director of Lab Automation, Market Development Manager for Laboratory Solutions, and Product Manager. Earlier in their career, Rachel was a Marketing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2007 to June 2013 and worked as a Research Technician III at The Hospital for Sick Children from June 2000 to April 2007. Rachel Shaye holds a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Toronto - School of Continuing Studies.
