Senior Evaluation And Learning Manager at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations)

Roxana Prisacaru serves as the Senior Evaluation and Learning Manager at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) since October 2023. Previously, Roxana held the role of Evaluation Manager at the Money and Pensions Service from November 2016 to October 2023, overseeing the Evaluation Lead for the Innovation Lab and leading research and learning strategies for the What Works Fund, a £12M initiative aimed at improving financial wellbeing in the UK. Prior experiences include managing research and evaluation strategies at Plan UK, overseeing public-private investments at The Global Fund, and expanding anti-corruption programs at Transparency International UK. Roxana also contributed to capacity building and compliance for IDLO and managed research projects for the Aga Khan Development Network. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Sociology and an MA in Politics and Society, both from Lancaster University, along with a BA in Political Sciences from Babes-Bolyai University.
