From 1998 to 2000, Alejandro Gómez Rosende worked as a Human Resources Technician at Carrefour España. In 2001, they served as a Recruitment & Training Technician at Grupo Regio Marketing. Alejandro joined Cepsa in 2002 and held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Downstream Energy Business from 2002 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Human Resources Operational Excellence Leader, and from 2015 to 2020, they served as the Transformation & Organization Leader. In October 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources for Upstream Energy Business at Cepsa. Alejandro has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Centro de Estudios Garrigues since October 2014, and at Sagardoy Business & Law School since November 2021. Alejandro is also the owner of entrena10.com and works as a Senior Executive Coach there starting in September 2016. Additionally, Alejandro served as a Visiting Lecturer in Human Resources Management Master at Armada Española from November 2018.
Alejandro Gómez Rosende has a diverse education history. Alejandro obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Navarra in 1997. In 2001, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, specializing in Compensation & Benefits. In 2004, they earned a Master's degree in Labour Law from the Universitat de Barcelona. Alejandro later pursued further professional development, completing an Advanced Course on Industrial Safety from ASIMAG in 2009 and an Advanced Course on Security from Universidad San Jorge in 2011. In 2015, they completed the Executive Coach training program from Escuela de Coaching Lider-haz-GO!, which was accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). More recently, in 2017, Alejandro obtained a University Specialist degree in Executive Coaching from the Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Alejandro also attended the IE Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they completed the Advanced Management Program. Lastly, in 2019 and 2020, they participated in the Program for Management Development (PMD®) offered by ESADE.
