Miguel Ángel Cascajero has extensive work experience primarily in the field of networking and communications. In 1995, they became a Network Design & Support specialist at CEPSA. From 2005 to 2012, they served as the Head of the Network Management Center at CEPSA, where they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing projects related to networking, routing, IP telephony, video conferencing, and wifi. In 2012, they became the Head of Networking Department & IT Security Operation at CEPSA, overseeing infrastructure and service management in data, unified communications, and IT security operation technologies across multiple countries. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Networking & Communications at CEPSA, where they have led numerous projects involving the migration of data centers, WAN, IP telephony, IoT networks, and cloud environments.

Miguel Ángel Cascajero attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1982 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Superior de Telecomunicación. Cascajero later enrolled at the Universidad Nebrija from 2014 to 2016, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
