María de Santos

María de Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. María began their career as a Recruiter at People, where they conducted internal and external selection processes. María also worked as a Researcher, responsible for searching and filtering CVs, and presenting the company at training centers and job fairs.

María then joined Cepsa as a Recruiter and later became a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for consultants and international employees. María also served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, Head of Talent and Culture, and Head of Employee Experience, Culture, and D&I, where they were responsible for developing the internal culture, improving employee experience, and leading change management in the company.

María briefly worked as a Senior HR Advisor at the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) before joining UNIR - La Universidad en Internet as a Coordinadora Programa Avanzado de RRHH Digital.

Later, they pursued an MBA, specializing in PDG (Program for Management Development) at IE Business School from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, María has obtained certifications in various subjects, including HR as a Business Partner, Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams, Employee Experience, and Project Management Skills for Leaders, all from LinkedIn, in the year 2022.
