María de Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. María began their career as a Recruiter at People, where they conducted internal and external selection processes. María also worked as a Researcher, responsible for searching and filtering CVs, and presenting the company at training centers and job fairs.
María then joined Cepsa as a Recruiter and later became a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for consultants and international employees.
