Nadia Badea

Nadia Badea has a strong background in human resources, with a particular focus on talent management and employee relations. Nadia is currently working as the People & Talent Director at Ceragon Networks, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at 3M, starting as an HR Manager, Legal Contact, and Compliance Officer in 2011. Nadia also served as the Regional HR Manager for Southeastern Europe and later as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relation Manager for multiple countries within the company. Before joining 3M, Badea worked as an HR Manager at Air Liquide Romania SRL and as an HR Coordinator at Henkel Romania and Henkel Bautechnik Romania.

Nadia Badea completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Legal at Babes-Bolyai University from 1993 to 1997. Nadia then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din Bucuresti from 2009 to 2010. Prior to their university studies, they obtained their Bacalaureat degree in mathematics-physics from Colegiul National Mihai Viteazul from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in 2020.
