Rebekah Larsen

Rebekah Larsen has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Rebekah is currently serving as the Director of People & Talent at Ceragon Networks, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to joining Ceragon Networks, they worked at Mavenir from 2017 to 2023, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources for the Core Products Division and also as a Human Resources Manager. Before that, they were a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mitel from 2015 to 2017. Rebekah's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at GENBAND from 2011 to 2015, where they provided strategic consulting and support for the Multimedia Business Unit. Rebekah began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, where they were responsible for managing a team of human resource representatives and overseeing various HR functions.

Rebekah Larsen graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Rebekah also attended Proctor Academy, but no specific degrees or fields of study were provided for that institution.
