Tony M.

Tony M. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tony started their career as a Field Engineer II at Sprint Nextel, where they supervised and led teams of contractors. Tony then became an Installer II, responsible for installing and testing switching and transport equipment. Tony also worked as a Field Technician II and Switch Technician II, maintaining cell site functionality and supporting the roll-out of Sprint 3G capabilities. At Sprint Nextel, they also served as an I & M Project Manager II, managing a team and leading the deployment of satellite assets for national events. Tony then joined Clearwire Communications LLC as a Senior Field Engineer, providing technical guidance for the implementation of a WiMAX network project. After that, they worked at Ericsson as a Field Engineer III, responsible for maintaining and managing cell sites. Tony then moved up to the role of Technical Project Manager, leading teams and overseeing equipment upgrades. Tony also worked at FTE Networks, Inc. as a National DAS Construction Manager, and at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company, where they held several roles including Project Manager, Regional Manager Technical Services, and Director of Delivery Services. Currently, Tony is the Director of Project Management at Ceragon Networks.

Tony M. has pursued education in the fields of Business Administration, Management and Operations at Colorado State University Global, Project/Business Management at Argosy University, and Machine Tool Technology/Mechanical Engineering at the College of DuPage. Additionally, Tony has obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2022.
