Lina Jay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lina began their career in 2000 as a co-owner of Ltd INTERLINGUA language training and translation, a role they held until 2005. Lina then worked as an Export Manager at Narbutas Furniture Company from 2002 to 2005. In 2008, they joined LVI SYSTEMS as a Quality & Export Manager, where they stayed for ten years. Their most recent role is as the Head of Customer Care & Sales Administration at CerbaXpert Cerba Research, a position they have held since October 2018.

Lina Jay's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the International Business School at Vilnius University. Lina pursued a Master's degree in International Business and Management and completed their studies in 2000.

In 1999, Lina also had the opportunity to attend the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management for the 1999 academic year. There, they focused on Business Administration.

Later on, in 2014, Lina obtained a certificate in ISO 9001:2015 Implementation from Anthemia.
