Debbie Fink's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Education and Inclusion at the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, where they oversee training programs for Fortune 500 companies and manages the development of a school-based program. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Community Outreach & Impact at RespectAbility, where they organized events and resources for students with disabilities. Debbie also served as the President/CEO of Harmony Hearth, LLC, a publishing and programming company, and as the Vice President of Global Programs at Operation CHAMPS, a non-profit organization. Additionally, they worked as a Guest Educator/Performer at the United Service Organizations, where they directed educational events for military-connected individuals, and as a Musical Performer at Calliope where they performed regionally and led communal dancing.

Debbie Fink holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from George Mason University. Debbie also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from American University. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Disability Inclusion & Advocacy Certification from RespectAbility in January 2020. Additionally, they participated in the Atid Leadership Development Program at Congregation Beth El. Debbie also possesses a Gymnastics Coach Certification from The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute.
