Matt Sauer

Matt Sauer serves as the Chief People Officer at Cerius Interim Executive Solutions since January 2012 and has been involved with Cerius Interim Solutions in a human resources executive capacity since 2008. Prior to these roles, Matt Sauer led M A Sauer Consulting as President, specializing in human resource consulting with an emphasis on strategic planning, executive compensation, and succession planning from 2008 to 2011. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Vice President and Human Resource Officer at Ingram Micro from 1996 to 2008 and as Human Resource Director at The Southland Corporation, now known as 7-Eleven, Inc., from 1976 to 1996.
