Waqar Akhtar

Waqar Akhtar is currently working as a Project Manager at CERP, responsible for the implementation of the World Bank funded Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI) Project in Pakistan. Prior to this, Waqar has worked as a Consultant for Acumen and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. Waqar also has experience as a Research Assistant at IFC, a Transportation Intern at Reason Foundation, and various roles at Mitsubishi Corporation. Waqar holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
