Kramer Sharp

Kramer Sharp is a co-founder of Certified Employee-Owned since January 2017 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Root Division from 2013 to 2017. Root Division focuses on creating connections among artists, educators, and community members through various programs. Prior to this, Kramer held positions as Lead Business Engineer at 2rw Consultants, Inc. from 2009 to 2016, and Product Manager at Architect As Developer from 2014 to 2015. Kramer's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at UVA Medical Education, where integration of features improved medical education, and a brief role at SPAWAR Systems Center, recognized for outstanding presentation skills. Kramer Sharp holds a Master of Science in Management of IT from the University of Virginia and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from the same institution, along with an academic experience at the University of Oxford.
