Ilse Montet

Ilse Montet has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. In their most recent role as Associate Director Global Customer Care at Cerus since 2022, they led a global team and implemented strategies for efficiency and growth. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Services International at CERUS EUROPE BV from 2020 to 2022. Ilse also has experience as a Customer Care Manager at Leica Biosystems, where they managed a team and monitored performance from 2017 to 2020. Ilse has held various other roles throughout their career, including roles in translation, language education, and embassy work.

Ilse Montet attended Maastricht University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Translation with a focus on Technical Languages. From 2013 to 2017, they enrolled in IATA Training and earned a Certificate for dangerous goods shipment by air.
