Olga Barreiro

Olga Barreiro is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People Director for Ecuador at Cervecería Nacional since April 2022. Prior to this role, Olga spent over a decade at Grupo Modelo, where responsibilities included serving as People BP Director and various other leadership positions related to people management and recruitment. Additionally, Olga was the Head of People at ZX Ventures from May 2018 to July 2020. Olga holds a Master's degree in Human Capital Development from Universidad Anáhuac and has completed a diploma in Image and Fashion Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, along with a degree in Communication and Entertainment from the same institution.
