Carol Bell

Carol Bell is a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Cetera Investment Services LLC. Prior to that, Carol held various compliance positions at Cetera Financial Group, Wolters Kluwer, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Bankers Systems, and PrimeVest Financial Services. In their current role, Carol manages a team of Compliance Analysts and is responsible for investigating and responding to customer complaints, researching and responding to state and regulatory inquiries, and developing policies and procedures for the brokerage firm. Additionally, Carol is the Co-Chair of the ING Women's Network.
