Ken Bond

Ken Bond has a diverse work experience, spanning over several companies and roles. Ken is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Cetera Financial Group since January 2021. In this position, they oversee and manages the acquisition and divestiture pipeline for the company.

Prior to this, Ken held various positions, including being a Board Member of the M&A Leadership Council at Transaction Advisors since June 2020. From May 2008 to January 2021, they were the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aon, where they were responsible for all corporate development activities for the Commercial Risk and Health Solutions business units.

Ken also served as a Board Member at Accuracy from November 2011 to August 2013. Before their time at Aon, they worked at Dell as the Director of Wireless and Personalization from August 2007 to April 2008.

Furthermore, Ken held the position of Sr. Director of Strategy at Motorola Mobile Devices from July 2005 to August 2007. Ken began their career at Level 3 Communications as Vice President from May 1999 to July 2005.

Ken has also worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from August 1996 to May 1999. Ken started their career at Lever Brothers as a Supervisor from September 1992 to June 1994. Prior to that, Ken served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant, Nuclear Submarine Officer from January 1987 to September 1992.

Ken Bond has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, where they studied Finance and Strategic Management from 1994 to 1996. Ken also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from Creighton University, which they completed from 1984 to 1987.
