Scott Kirwin

Scott Kirwin currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Cetera Financial Group, providing legal support for the Workplace & Retirement Services team. In addition, Kirwin is an Adjunct Professor at Boston University, teaching Financial Regulation and Ethics. With a strong background at Fidelity Investments, Kirwin held multiple roles including Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, where responsibilities included advising on product development and regulatory issues for various investment products. Prior experience also includes serving as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where legal representation was provided to diverse investment management clients. Kirwin earned a JD, Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science and History from Northeastern University.
