Melissa Clutton McIpd

Melissa Clutton MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR - Ground & Rail at CEVA Logistics since November 2023. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Head of Human Resources at NWF Fuels from February 2022 to October 2023 and worked as the Interim Lead HR Relationship Manager at Veolia UK from October 2020 to February 2022. Over a four-year tenure at Eddie Stobart, beginning in October 2016, Melissa progressed from HR Business Partner to Head of HR. Previous roles include National People Manager and Regional People Manager at AO from March 2011 to August 2016, as well as Human Resources Advisor positions at Expert Logistics Ltd and Freightliner. Melissa has a Master's degree in CIPD from Warrington Collegiate and further educational experience from the University of Bristol.
