Marion M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2005, Marion founded Ceylon Solutions, a software, web, and mobile development company that has worked on a range of projects and also serves as an investment partner. In 2009, Marion co-founded Demetrio Tequila and served as a Founder/Partner until 2015. Marion has also held positions as a CEO & Co-Founder at Simplifya since 2016, a Board Member & Investor at ilios since 2021, and a Board Member & Investor at Leafwire since 2016. Marion is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at CEA Industries Inc. since 2022. Additionally, Marion has worked as a Partner & Co-founder at VS Tech Ventures since 2016, providing business advice and access to capital for a curated group of companies. Marion has also served as an Advisory Board Member at KEY Investment Partners from 2019 to 2020. Marion's involvement in organizations includes being a Youth Board Member at Easterseals in 2015 and a Delegate - Global Accelerator at the United Nations Foundation from 2014 to 2016.

Marion M. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Computer Science from The University of Kansas between 1993 and 1998. They then pursued further education at Emporia State University from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in CIS and Business Management.
