David Ibbeken is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and compliance roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at CFRA Research since November 2016, David previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at S&P Global Market Intelligence from August 2013 to October 2016. Prior to that, David was Senior Legal Counsel at PRA Health Sciences from June 2002 to August 2013, and served as a Licensing Attorney at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2000 to 2002. David Ibbeken earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1998 and 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia, obtained from 1984 to 1987.
