Ahmed Naiem

Ahmed Naiem is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People Executive Director and Human Capital Director at ضمان - CGC since October 2022, Ahmed has previously held significant positions such as HR Director at Mori International and Regional HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Talent & OD Manager at Hoshan Holding Group, Market HR Client Manager and Factory HR Business Partner at Mars, and Recruitment Section Head at Al-Shaya. Ahmed began a career in HR as an HR Specialist at Xceed. An alumnus of Ain Shams University, Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and completed education at El Nasr Language School with a focus on mathematics.
