Vida Bautista

Vida Bautista is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate investment sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Accounting at CGI+ since May 2022, Vida previously held the position of Vice President of Accounting at First Pointe Management Group for a brief tenure in early 2022. Between 2008 and 2021, Vida contributed to The Ezralow Company in various roles, including Controller and Assistant Controller. Earlier in the career, Vida was the Director of Accounting at The CIM Group from 2002 to 2007.
