Phil Loftin

Phil Loftin is an experienced operations and maintenance manager with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at CGL Companies, Phil manages maintenance for multiple government facilities in Georgia, leading a team of support staff and managers. As the Company Owner/President of Our Passion Farms, Phil has successfully developed a retail and recruiting business centered around agricultural ventures. Phil's extensive military career as Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy involved mentoring and training junior personnel and overseeing engineering departments. Previous roles include project and maintenance management in several companies, where Phil demonstrated a strong ability to improve operational efficiency and implement effective maintenance strategies. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and additional technical qualifications in PLC programming and electrical systems from various educational institutions.
