Rollin Cook is an accomplished criminal justice and corrections consultant, currently serving as Vice President of Planning at CGL Companies since April 2024, where expertise in justice facilities is applied. In parallel, Rollin Cook has led Rollin Cook Consulting, LLC since June 2008, focusing on improving operations in jails and prisons while promoting strong leadership principles. Previous roles include Project Director at The Moss Group, Inc., and Commissioner of Corrections for the State of Connecticut, overseeing a large workforce and substantial annual budget.
