Currently serving as the Chief of Concept and Product at Cha Cha Matcha, Viraj is dedicated to building and scaling the brand through product development, people structure, and operational flow. Viraj's background includes founding projects like project Sāra and working in highly acclaimed restaurants like Tamarind Tribeca and Tabla.
