Benjamin Wu

Benjamin Wu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Benjamin is currently serving as the Lead Talent Partner for Executive Recruiting at Chainlink Labs, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2022 to 2023, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Chainlink Labs, Benjamin worked at tray.io as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from 2019 to 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from 2018 to 2019.

Benjamin also has experience in recruiting and team leadership, having served as a Technical Sales Recruiter - Team Lead at Betts Recruiting from 2015 to 2018.

Early in their career, Benjamin gained experience in various industries. Benjamin worked as an Account Executive at Yelp from 2014 to 2015, as a Museum Attendant at Fowler Museum @ UCLA from 2012 to 2014, and as a Theatrical New Release Brand Marketing Intern at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies in 2013.

Benjamin's career started in marketing and advertising, as they worked as a Copywriter at Bruin Advertising and Marketing Team from 2012 to 2013 and as a Theatrical Distribution Finance Intern at Lionsgate from October to December 2012.

Benjamin Wu attended UCLA from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Political Science. In 2013, they also briefly studied Italian Language and Literature at the University of California.
