Lucija Novakovic

Lucija Novakovic worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Chair-man Mills Corp. (CMMC) starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were an Inside Sales Representative at CENTURA TILE beginning in March 2021. Both positions are currently ongoing.

Lucija Novakovic attended McMaster University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Mohawk College in 2022 and completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Lucija Novakovic also obtained a Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario in March 2021.
