Rudy Garcia-Tolson is a dedicated Programs Manager specializing in Athlete Relations at Challenged Athletes Foundation since February 1998 and serves as an ambassador for the organization. With a motivational speaking career that spans over two decades, Rudy connects with audiences ranging from 10 to 40,000, sharing an inspiring narrative that includes overcoming a double-amputation at age 5 and achieving five Paralympic podium finishes as well as becoming the first bi-lateral amputee Ironman finisher. Additionally, Rudy is an associate at Cubist Advisors and serves as a PT Representative for the Youth Wheelchair Training Program at New York Road Runners. Involved with Össur as a Team Ossur Ambassador, Rudy also coaches at Tailwind Endurance and SwimLabs Swim School, contributing to athletic development and empowerment. Rudy was part of Team BP USA for the 2012 Paralympics, demonstrating a continuous commitment to promoting adaptive sports.
