Rama Youssef

Rama Youssef has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rama started their career in 2005 as a Recruitment & Manpower Planning Specialist at Syriatel, where they worked until 2010. Rama then joined the Confectionary Development Industrial Company – Katakit as a Recruitment and Personnel Supervisor from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Recruitment and OD Supervisor at Magnate Global Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources Department at Cham Bank, starting from 2015.

Rama Youssef attended Damascus University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English literature.
