Shadi Alafandi

Shadi Alafandi began their work experience in 2000 at Emirates, where they held various roles over the course of 15 years. Shadi started as a Senior Sales Assistant, coordinating with the pricing and YM departments to establish fares and provide seat confirmations for travel agents. Shadi then became a Sales Executive, setting business plans and targets for travel agents and ensuring their loyalty and performance. As a Senior Sales Executive, Shadi handled corporate and top travel agents' business in Syria, conducted educational workshops, and played a major role in the Skywards sales champion program. In 2015, they joined Cham Wings Airlines as the Head of Revenue Management.

Shadi Alafandi obtained a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Health college during the period of 1991 to 1993.
