Susie Spallina Twaddell

Susie Spallina Twaddell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Susie started their career at York Street Management as an Event Staff in September 2007 and continued till February 2008. Following this, they joined Citigroup as an Administrative Assistant in February 2008 and worked till September 2009. Subsequently, Susie joined Chameleon Communications International in September 2009 and held various roles within the company. Starting as a Business Unit Administrator, they progressed to become an Associate Project Manager in October 2010. Their next role was as a Project Manager, which they held from March 2012 to February 2015. From there, Susie transitioned into the role of an Account Manager, serving from February 2015 to February 2016. Susie then moved up to become a Senior Account Manager, working until August 2016. Susie continued to climb the ladder, becoming an Account Director from August 2016 to February 2018, and then a Senior Account Director from February 2018 to March 2020. Their next role was as a Vice President in the Client Services department, which they held from February 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Susie is a Senior Vice President, leading the Client Services division at Chameleon Communications International.

Susie Spallina Twaddell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, spanning from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification titled "Inside the Minds of Serial Innovators" from Swarm Vision in June 2023.
