Rob Loper

Rob Loper is currently the HSI project lead at CHAND, and also serves as the MPCMS Test Lead at Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. Prior to these roles, Rob worked as the Chief Electrician at the U.S. Coast Guard for over two decades.
