Ian Paterson

Ian Paterson has extensive experience in project management and process improvement within various consulting and corporate environments. Notably, Ian served as the Head of Continuous Improvement at CHANEL from January 2022 to July 2023 and has held multiple self-employed roles as a P2P and S2P Process and Solutions Design Lead. Prior experience includes a full-time senior project manager position at GEP Worldwide and a principal consultant role at Proxima Group. Ian's expertise is further highlighted by interim leadership positions at HSBC, focusing on global P2P design and buying channel transformation. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Aberdeen.
