Sharon Yinyin Shu

Sharon Yinyin Shu serves as the General Manager of People & Organization for CHANEL in Mainland China since December 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon was with Max Mara Fashion Group from July 2020 to December 2024, where responsibility included being the Maxmara Brand Head and Chief People Officer, overseeing both business and HR functions. Sharon's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Costa Coffee as Managing Director for China Retail and HR Director, along with various roles at Johnson & Johnson, Avon, The Timken Company, and Cadbury plc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Cardiff University and a BA in Finance & Investment from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
