Fernando Oliva Msc

Fernando Oliva MSc is an experienced change and organizational development professional, currently serving as the Founder & Director of Fernando Oliva Consulting since March 2019. In addition, Fernando holds the position of Head of Change & OD at Merck Healthcare since April 2022 and acts as a Mentor, Coach, and Facilitator for the Change Management Institute since June 2022. Fernando's extensive background includes roles such as Change & Leadership Development Coach at Atlassian and Change Director at Westpac, along with advisory positions at NSW Police Force and Transport for NSW. Fernando's prior experience also encompasses leadership roles at nbn™ Australia, Westpac, and ExxonMobil. Academically, Fernando obtained a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor's degree in HR and Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires.
