Kate Tripalin DeGon has held various roles in the professional world since 2005. Kate began their career at the University of Phoenix as the Regional Director of Learning & Professional Development/Market Learning Director and Director of Enrollment, International Division. In 2014, they moved to American Family Insurance as an Organization Effectiveness and Change Consultant. In 2015, they returned to the University of Phoenix as the Assistant Dean of Operations. In 2016, they were appointed as the Assistant Director of Organizational Change Management at Arizona State University. In 2018, they became the Organizational Change and Training Manager at Collaborative Solutions, LLC and the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals. Kate also founded ChangeSync in 2018.
Kate Tripalin DeGon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Kate then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2007. Kate also holds several certifications, including Certified Consultant from Korn Ferry, Change Management from Prosci, Emergenetics from Emergenetics International, Emotional Intelligence from Essi Systems, Inc., Master Coach from Leadership Coach, and Voices 360 from Lominger International.
