Kate Broughton

Kate Broughton has a diverse work experience in video editing and production. Kate started their career as a Video Producer and Video Editor at The Production Company in 2009, where they developed and delivered video content for various clients. In this role, they also worked closely with clients to discuss and develop projects, and coordinated crew and acted as an interviewer on set.

In 2017, they joined Revolution Viewing as a Video Editor, where they worked until 2020.

Currently, Kate is working at Channel 4 as a Lead Video Editor (Content) since 2020. Kate previously held the role of Digital Video Editor within their 4Studio department. In this role, they edited video content for social media platforms and collaborated with various teams across the business to create high-quality content. Kate also implemented new post-production processes and workflows for the department.

Kate Broughton received their BA (Hons) degree in Film and Moving Image Production from Leeds Beckett University from 2004 to 2008. Kate has also obtained a certification from True & North Workshops in an unspecified year.
