5. Current Product Manufacturing Engineer at McLaren Automotive Ltd from November 2008 to April 2014. Responsibilities included process creation, continuous improvement, part sequencing, line balancing, tooling, and equipment for the 650s Coupe / Spider and previous projects.

Andy Wilby attended Calthorpe Pack School from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued their GCSE education. Andy then went on to study Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering at Farnborough College of Technology from 1995 to 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 2002, they furthered their education in Aircraft Engineering Maintenance at Brooklands College.
