As Co-Founder of Chargeflow since July 2020, Avia Chen focuses on automating and recovering chargebacks for eCommerce businesses through the integration of AI and big data. Prior to this, Avia Chen co-founded Babe Cosmetics & BabeBox, leading efforts in building and scaling the eCommerce platform, launching products, and executing numerous successful advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. Additionally, Avia Chen developed a subscription service in BabeBox that attracted thousands of active subscribers and implemented comprehensive email marketing strategies using the Klaviyo platform.
