Ben Weber

Ben Weber has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Ben started their career as a Real Estate Assistant at Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 2011. Ben then worked as a Financial Analyst at Westfield from 2014 to 2015, where they specialized in development finance and produced predevelopment analysis reports.

In 2016, Ben became a Property Manager at Level One Development, where they managed daily operations and oversaw the construction of a 31-unit apartment complex. Later that year, they joined HeyTutor as the Director of Operations, where they played an integral role in overseeing internal operations and driving nationwide expansion.

In 2017, Ben founded Vaiberr, a real estate technology company that aimed to transform the way residential realtors conducted business. Ben successfully developed an original system using cutting-edge digital marketing techniques. In 2021, Vaiberr was acquired.

Ben transitioned into the tech industry in 2021, joining Israel Tech Challenge as a Full Stack Developer from April to October. Ben then worked at Chargeflow, where they held the roles of Frontend Developer and Cloud Full Stack Developer. At Chargeflow, they designed serverless event-driven architecture for microservices and web applications, collaborated with various RESTful APIs, and implemented individual software components using AWS resources.

Ben Weber attended California State University, Northridge from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Building Customer Loyalty" and "Social Media Marketing: Real Estate" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
