Emma Gold-Utting

Emma Gold-Utting has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Emma'smost recent position is with ChargeLab, where they are currently serving as the Director of Customer Success since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Customer Success Senior Manager from August 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining ChargeLab, Emma worked at GEOTAB, starting in July 2022 as the Solutions Engineering Manager and transitioning to the role of Emerging Technologies Solutions Engineering Team Lead from January 2021 to July 2022. Emma initially joined GEOTAB as an Electric Vehicle Solutions Specialist in October 2018, a role they held until January 2021.

Emma's earlier experience includes working at FleetCarma as a Customer Success Manager from January 2017 to January 2021. Before that, they worked at AlertDriving as a Client Services Coordinator from February 2016 to December 2016.

Prior to their roles at FleetCarma and AlertDriving, Emma worked at Evenset Inc. as a Proposal and Communications Specialist from November 2015 to January 2016. Emma also had a brief contract position as a Purchasing Assistant at UNION31 from September 2015 to October 2015.

Emma started their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Field Marketing Professional Trainee from June 2014 to July 2015. Emma also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Mill Street Brewery from August 2013 to June 2014.

Before entering the business field, Emma worked as a Research Assistant at Provincial Nominee Program Government of Ontario from May 2013 to August 2013 and as a Quality Assistant at Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. from May 2012 to December 2012.

Throughout their career, Emma has held various positions in customer success, solutions engineering, client services, marketing, and research. Emma'sexperience spans industries including technology, automotive, renewable energy, and manufacturing.

Emma Gold-Utting obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
